Jimmy's Chicago Style Beef sends text messages about orders you place with us. This page explains how you opt in, what we send, and how to stop.

How you opt in

When you place an order on this website, you enter your mobile number at checkout. Directly beneath that field are two separate checkboxes, both unchecked by default — one for order updates, and a second, independent one for promotional messages. Opting in to one never opts you in to the other. They read:

You are opted in to a program only if you tick that box yourself. Neither box is ever required to place an order — your order goes through either way, and you will still see your order status on screen. Promotional consent is not a condition of purchase.

What we send

Two separate programs, each with its own consent.

Order notifications — sent only if you ticked the order-updates box:

Confirmation that we received your order.
An alert when your order is ready for pickup, or on its way for delivery.

These are not marketing. Message frequency varies with your order activity — most customers receive one or two messages per order.

Promotional messages — sent only if you ticked the separate promotional box: recurring special offers, such as daily specials. Ticking the order-updates box never opts you in to these, and ticking this one never opts you in to order notifications.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Jimmy's does not charge for text messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to order.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
